The PHI Cell was a technology that has been designed specifically for

and chemical pollutants. United States Federal agencies have determined
that the safe limits for ozone are less then 0.04 ppm and hence this
device is not considered to be an ozone device. The system has no
significant disadvantages as compared to other air purification
